Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
Our online orders are normally processed within 1 business day. However, for non-stockist items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Our online warehouse will be closed on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays. All orders received during this period will be proceed the next working day. For out of stock items, we will get in touch with customer to update on the order status. Orders will be cancelled and fully refunded if customer do not wish to wait.

Delivery (Third party logistics)
All deliveries will be handled by Third Party Logistics (3PL). Whilst Foto Shangri-La (M) Sdn Bhd will ensure all orders are packed and protected by box, bubble wrap or air bubble wrap, poor handling and damages by 3PL are beyond our control. Customers could receive dented boxes which is once again beyond our control. For damaged items, please refer to our refund policy.

Self or Lalamove / Grab Pick Up
Pick up location for self or Lalamove / Grab pick up will be at MSL Digital @ 40-3 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Customer is required to call our online store at +6032142 3088 or WhatsApp at +6012 225 8862 to check on stock status before order confirmation. Once order is confirmed, customer is required to call our online store again at +603 2142 3088 or WhatsApp at +6012225 8862 and allow us ample time to prepare order. For products that need to be transferred from other outlets for pick up, we will advise customer once the store has been transferred. We will advise customer once order is ready for pick up. Lalamove / Grab pick up will be at the expense of customer and Foto Shangri-La (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible or liable for any loss due to Grab / Lalamove pick up.

Failed Deliveries
Foto Shangri-La (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any failed deliveries due to incomplete address, wrong contact number, 3PL or unforeseen circumstances (such as war, riot, pandemic, natural disaster, state of emergency, etc). Under such circumstances, Foto Shangri-La (M) Sdn Bhd is unable to provide any refund or replacement. Any refund or replacement will be on a goodwill basic but accessed on a case to case basic.

While we accept international credit cards, we only ship within Malaysia and we do not ship to any international address. Any orders with international address will be cancelled and customer will fully bear any charges related to this order. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) is considered local and within Malaysia.

Foto Shangri-La (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, change, remove and update the above from time to time without prior notice.
