Return Policy
  1. Foto Shangri-La reserves the right to accept or reject returning products.
  2. Not all products are returnable. Products not eligible for returns are pre-order, non-stockist and clearance items.
  3. We accept return for products ONLY with manufacturing defects or change of mind (Unopened and in original packaging).
  4. E-mail us within 7 days after receiving your product (Day 1 is date product received).
  5. Buyer can choose to ship the products to us at his / her cost or drop off at our HQ.
  6. Buyer will take full responsibility for products lost / stolen / missing / damaged for return shipping and Foto Shangri-La shall not be liable. Buyers are advised to purchase insurance for return shipping.
Application for the Return of an Item

Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

  1. The Item has not been received by Buyer;
  2. The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
  3. Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
  4. The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item.
Condition of Returning Item

Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to Seller in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. We will recommend Buyer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt. 

Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
  1. In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller’s end (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), the seller will bear buyer’s return shipping fee.
  2. In the scenario of the buyer’s change of mind, buyer shall get seller’s consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
Exchange Policy
  1. Foto Shangri-La does not accept exchange of products.
  2. We accept products exchange ONLY for damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects. Foto Shangri-La reserves the right to reject product exchange due to tampering, wear and tear, opened box, switched product, etc or any other forms of misuse.
  3. Dented box are not deemed damaged products. We do take great care in packing your products, but damage to boxes during transit by courier companies is unavoidable.
  4. E-mail us within 7 days after receiving your product (Day 1 is date product received).

Steps for Return & Exchange
  1. E-mail us at sales@fotoshangri-la.com
  2. In the e-mail, please state the reason for return / exchange, write your order number, mobile number and attached a copy of your invoice.
  3. You can then proceed to ship the products (please insert your invoice as well) to us at your cost or drop off at our HQ.
  4. Please provide us with airway bill number so we can track your return parcel.
  5. We will process your return / exchange once we receive your product.
  6. All products to be ship / drop off to our HQ at:

  7. There will be a final check by us to make sure the return / exchange fulfils our return / exchange policies.
  8. Please then allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return / exchange.
  9. We will get in touch with you via e-mail once we have process your return / exchange.
  10. If you have not received your refund after this, please contact your credit card merchant as refund takes time (Up to 2 weeks).
Under Warranty
  1. Manufacturer’s Warranty means warranty covered by manufacturers (Brands or Distributers). All warranty claims and repairs to be sent directly to manufacturers and Foto Shangri-La shall not be liable for future claims and repairs within and after the warranty period.
  2. Foto Shangri-La Warranty means warranty covered by Foto Shangri-La (M) Sdn Bhd. All warranty claims and repairs to be sent directly to Foto Shangri-La within the warranty period.
  3. No warranty means no warranty covered at all. Foto Shangri-La shall not be liable for any claims and repairs due to manufacturing defects or wear and tear.
