What is Near Infrared Light (NIR)?

How long should I use each mode?
>> Each mode runs for 4 minutes, and the wand will automatically shut off. For best results, use 3–5 times a week.

After I use Repair or Cooling mode once I can’t select them again — is my Wand broken?
>> No, this is normal. Repair and Cooling use cooling technology that requires a 4-minute cooldown to protect the device. During this time, those two modes are unavailable, but you can still use all other modes. After 4 minutes, Repair and Cooling will be ready again.

How soon will I see results?
>> You may notice improvements in tone and puffiness within the first couple of weeks, especially with consistent use. Deeper benefits like reduced fine lines or clearer skin typically appear after 4–6 weeks.
