iFi audio Groundhog+ Ground Loop Isolator for Audio Systems

Reduce or eliminate the hum in your audio system caused by a missing ground with the iFi AUDIO Groundhog+ Ground Loop Isolator. It includes a few different types of cables that can be used on their own or with each other and other cables to create the ground that your system is missing.

The Touch Test

If audio noise is reduced when you touch your system, the system might be missing a ground connection. This connection typically shields your system from this type of interference, draining away the noise. The Groundhog+ system is designed to provide that ground connection and reduce or eliminate that noise.

Adaptable Design

The Groundhog+ includes a variety of adapter types for use with a various types of systems. The RCA base cable (IEC ground to RCA male) works with any audio system with an unused RCA socket; the USB converter (USB to RCA female) is designed for computer audio systems; the spade converter (DC spade connector to RCA female) is for power supplies with a DC barrel connector; the stereo RCA to 1/8" Y-converter works with portable devices with an unused 1/8" connection; and the banana/RCA cable grounds with your AC iPurifier to your equipment.
