The Frames from Go Pro make it possible to mount your HERO4 Session to any GoPro mount. The package in includes a Standard Frame as well as a Low-Profile Frame that's optimized for helmet and ultra compact mounting. Both can be used with mounts that feature the quick-release buckle, while the Standard Frame will additionally work with mounts that use the three-prong, thumbscrew-tightened mounting system. These are the same Frames that are included with the HERO4 Session standard bundle.
